We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept certified checks, money orders, and eChecks. Sorry but personal/business checks cannot be accepted. Checks or money orders must be cleared by the check prior to shipping.
Shipping and HandlingWe ship exclusively via UPS to the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. To Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we are able to ship USPS. Shipping charges varies according to destination and weight. Shippping charges are displayed in the checkout form and a shipping estimator is located in your shopping cart. Handling is charged $2.00 for orders shipped through UPS, and $5.00 for orders shipped USPS, on a per order basis. We are sorry, but at this time, we are unable to ship anywhere else.

Some of our merchandise is guaranteed for 90 days from original date of purchase. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 days warranty period.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
All defects on merchandise not covered by the 90 days warranty must be reported within 5 days of purchase.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a store credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds). Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.

No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
You must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning any item. You can contact us here. Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender. The returned item should include the RA number clearly labeled in the outside of the package.
Please include a note explaining the problem and the appropriate "return shipping address".
